For distribution to all Members of NCQC Share with all members of your guild-all welcome. Register online with the link above. The link will also be on the NCQC website under: events tab, January Jumpstart

There will be three topics that will be discussed:

1. Marketing: How does a guild let the public know it exists, what it does, where and when does it meet.
2. Greeting New Members: How does a guild greet its new members and help them get to know what is available, ways to get involved, and introduce them to other members.
3. Keeping Members Interested: What types of programs does a guild provide, what activities can a member do at a meeting or at other times.

There will be at least 3 guilds invited to start the discussion on each of these topics.  After presentations, they will accept questions.  Also, there will be a Zoom Room for each topic where detail questions can be asked and answered.

We ask that a person be designated as a scribe in each Zoom Room to take note of ideas that were not presented during the general meeting.  These additional ideas should be shared at the end of the Zoom Room session.
