After a brief General Membership Meeting and Show & Tell, we will adjourn for a tasty Holiday Luncheon, then have holiday games and activities.
We will also draw the winning ticket to the 2026 Opportunity Quilt “Fanciful Flight”.

In class we will learn a method for making a simple block. Once this is mastered students can explore six variations of the block. Students that want to plan a border for a finished quilt top can then begin working on their own border in class. We will learn how to piece blocks for a border and make them fit. $35 + Kit.

Linda Wagner will have a “Border” lecture after the General Membership Meeting. Borders: plain or pieced. What will give your quilt the best possible visual impact and how do you decide. Inner borders, outer borders, and binding all provide opportunity to add a little to the finish product. For this lecture 40-50 quilts will demonstrate the options you have as the quilt maker/ artist. Along with decision possibilities we will discuss how to make it “fit”.
