April 2023 General Meeting

• Last meeting to submit your membership dues and be included in the membership roster. The membership roster will be distributed in the May meeting.

• Bring your April bold and bright fat quarters to Evelyn M.

• Linda C. will demo the new Block of Month program. More info in the newsletter.

• See Michael D. & Linda C. for the Monthly Fundraiser tickets.

• Trudy M. will have cutting instructions for her “Flying in Squares” class.

• Visiting Quilt Guild: Peninsula Quilters will bring their opportunity quilt.

Our April General Meeting is packed with activities following the meeting. Please remain and lend your hands:

• Bunco Team and members will be finalizing the Opportunity Baskets for the event. If you have started a basket, bring it along.

• 2024 Opportunity Quilt co-chairs, Stacey M. and Trudy M., will meet after the general meeting guiding those members interested in being part of the 2024 Opportunity Quilt. Bring a selection of beautiful scrap fabric as you participate in the making of the diamonds that will become the quilt. Bring your machine and sewing supplies. Member participation is the foundation of this Opportunity Quilt.

• Florence Douglas Center will be also available for open-sew.
